Sameer Ahmad

Padgett is pleased to announce the addition of Sameer Ahmad to their group. He is an MBA, from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Sameer has worked in the international finance and technology industries for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in growing new business opportunities for his clients, streamlining and architecting new sales operation initiatives and managing as well as creating innovative marketing campaigns to help clients grow their businesses.

In 2014, Sameer launched and ran his own education software startup for four years by developing partnerships with leading publishers and establishing a franchise network across India. During his distinguished corporate career, he was able to build and lead a performance management team for one the largest global insurers, developing strategies to efficiently cut costs, evaluate and analyze sales data and improve operations to significantly augment better business performance from the organization.

It is noted that Sameer, is a dynamic and charismatic business leader, who understands how to leverage new business opportunities, improve business models and help businesses grow their bottom line and customer base. He understands how to streamline internal processes for a business, to make accounting, financial reporting and tracking user friendly, and has ideas to help new and established businesses continue to develop and improve their core business model.

Sameer is one person who prides himself on staying committed to his mission, which is to provide world-class professional accounting and business consulting services to business owners and entrepreneurs in his community. He keeps ahead of business trends, and knows when to apply new trends to a business to allow it to take full advantage of leveraging business growth opportunities in our open markets.

When he is not working, Sameer enjoys spending time with his family, wife Jabeen and three boys. They enjoy being outdoors at community parks, sharing new adventures at national forests, and exploring new hiking trails together. Sameer maintains a high level of integrity, has a perfect work and home life balance, and is energized to start working with community businesses to help them  continue to prosper and develop new business models, in our growing economies.
